We married at the courthouse had two witnesses who weren't muslim. I wasn't Muslim at the time. We had no nikah in the Masjid, am I living haram?


As long as Allah(Swt) is my witness I am married.

Most likely as far as your STATE is concerned, you are married (unless you are wife number 2, 3, or 4. In teh U.S., that's bigamy). The religious aspects can be sorted out later.
