like when people say serious as a hart attack.when people die it is not serious to them any more.

other than the fact it can kill you, no.

Sure is: have you ever heard the saying "serious as a heart attack?" Some are worse than others. All of them indicate some problem with the heart, blockage, weakness, etc.
