Probably because more people who are involved in the media are not active Christians. I know they have done studies on this and show that something like 50% or more of the people in Hollywood don't even believe that you have to get married before having children. Something like 20 to 50% actively support homosexual lifestyles or are already involved in them. Have you noticed when celebrities play on game shows, that there is never a Bible category? At least that has been my observation. No one is perfect, but you would think that Hollywood would pay attention to the Christian market, considering the huge religious revival that is starting to build momentum across the world prior to the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. I was impressed Disney produced "The Other Side of Heaven," which has a Mormon missionary as the lead character. It could have been any Christian missionary, and I still would have been impressed. Christians need to decide to support all Christians and not denigrate the efforts of different denominations. We're all in this together in the way standards should be maintained.

True but the dogs that barks the loudest is the one you watch and think can't all dogs just shut the hell up. You end up grouping all christians together casue the most vocal ones are judgemental and hypocritical and mean and go against more christian values.

Have you ever known the media to tell the truth? Where do they get their facts? Most of the time they won't reveal their sources. Considering that, I wouldn't trust anything they have to say.

Often the media picks up on the zealots, who are so intent on achieving their goals, which they think are the same as God's goals, that they tend to act as if they are not accountable to Man for their actions.

Christianity has ALWAYS been criticized from the time of Christ himself! Christ was portrayed as hypocritical because of things he did and said. It is Satan's way of trying to turn as many as he can away from the way, the truth and the light. Be glad when you are critisized, yet keep your faith!

i think its the variety of christian churches if youll notice usually its a denomination of christianity that is being attacked
