NO WAY!
You would get some rubber surgeon gloves, take the steak out of the toilet, and put it in a bag or something, then throw it away!
S*it has a very dangerous toxin that our body creates, called E-Coli and if you eat it, you are pretty much poisoning yourself.

No, of course not...it's not a good idea to throw a steak in the toilet, anyway, it might clog the drains.

Not unless you like being sick. This is the reason the government has cleanliness standards at the abattoir (slaughterhouse) and meat processing plants.
