Is cottage cheese addictive? I'm getting worried that I may be hooked as I'm now snorting upto 5 pots a day...please help,I can barely breathe and people stare at me in the supermarket!

Don't know about additive, but it seems if you are on a bender for CC. Trouble is there are now so many different flavours/types its hard not to try them all.
At one point I was eating one or two a day but 5 seems excessive. Go see your Doc for help. Sorry there is no Cottage Cheese Anonymous to help
