of gatorade. I lost weight a while ago and have kept it off (like 3 years now). I feel like I'm gaining weight in my belly again and I haven't changed my eating habits (which have been good) otherwise. Do you think if you add one gatorade a day to your diet, you will start gaining weight?

I have been drinking gatorade lately too and feel the same way , Im wondering if its because of the calories in it , im use to drinking water or a diet coke , so adding those calories might be doing it .

yes, because if your adding calories to your daily diet that you dont need or havn't been having before you will gain weight. theres only like 200 calories in a gatorade... soreally every 13 days you would gain a pound from the extra drink a day

I don't really think so. There are a million reasons why you can gain weight, but I dont' think drinking one gatorade a day will cause you to gain weight. That's like asking if you drink one soda a day, will you gain weight? I don't think one would do it.

Be careful how much you drink.
Every 8 ounces has 50 calories (a 32 oz bottle has 200 calories)
And every 8 ounces has 14g of sugar carbs (32oz bottle has 56 sugar carbs!)

One of the fitness rules I lie by is to never drink calories. Okay, there are some you drink, like protein shakes, etc., but let's empty, pointless calories.
