It's just that I heard one time that some women jump on their husband's back and do other silly stuff to let their husband know they want to have sex.

LOL I suppose that would work but normally it is just a matter of teasing and flirting. If your spouse wants sex, it is usually pretty clear because they don't have to play games, they can just go for it.

My husband is my best friend so I just say, "hey, we should have sex". Not very romantic but it works. I have tried being coy about it but he doesn't get it. Bluntness is good.
He pretty much does the same.
