Yes go to court. That wasn't right. She made you come all the way and then she told you she was out of town and- she played games with you. That is not right. Go to court tell your husbend to go to court.

~Do you speak English? I got half way through your gibberish and gave up because I have NO idea what you are trying to say! All I got out of it was something about you taking someone elses kid for the summer. Please do thier child a favor and stay away from them. Children need positive roll models in thier lives, not blonde bimbos who can't even type a simple question and click on the "Check Spelling" button right in front of thier faces.
If in fact you do not speak english then I humbly apologize and request that you ask this question on a different site in your native language so people can actually understand you.
Thank you for your time

Of course he can fight for custody! My boyfriend has custody of my stepson and has had it for a while. Just because he's the father doesn't mean he won't win. Not all moms automatically win. Especially if you have the proof (plan ticket, ...) that will help you all win.

Sounds like this boy's mother is unstable and you should get the police involved to find him before she dissappears with him or something! Really- I'd be really worried about finding him and getting him back considering the circumstances. Call the cops, social services, something- you have every right to do so if you're concerned for his safety. I would be.

Yes, tell him to go to court for custody of his son. It's not right that she's playing games and causing y'all to lose time and money and then still not getting to see the boy. Good luck.

yes you can file for custody that way child knows he dad does want him. It is really hard for kids. he will just have to prove she is unfit. I will be going through this in Sept. I do want my kids in there fathers life. I am tried of him making me feel like i am a bad mom.

you should fight for Custody. since you have the proof that you were trying to get him to come, then you have nothing to worry about, BUT you will have to go to where the mom is for the court cases. good luck
