In short, no. And in case you didn't already know it, the vagina is already pretty well stocked with various kinds of healthy bacteria that help it stay acidic and usually kill off any outside bacteria. Cellulitis is a type of skin infection that involves not only the layer you can see, but the deeper skin layers and sometimes underlying muscle. Cellulitis comes from the "outside" (i.e., external sources, like the extension of an infected bedsore or other skin wound), rather than from something internal.

Cellulitis is pus forming infection of subcutaneous tissues. As there is no route from vagina to arm or leg hence it is not possible.

Not unless your immune system is seriously compromised.
(Cellulitis is NOT the same as cellulite. Cellulite is a form of fat; cellulitis is an inflammation.)

If Bacteria enters the vagina during sex, you will be on your way to the doctor as soon as possible to get an antibiotic. you will be miserable. till you do. and an vaginal infection is what it will cause.

No.
Cellulitis is due to fat build-up and fluid retention. The appearance of the skin is improved by a good diet (including body-friendly fats such as olive and fish oils), low salt, and plenty of water to drink rather than coffee, coke or others with caffeine. Improving circulation with body-brushing and massage also helps.
