Why do Christians seem mostly concerned about their peculiar Christian sexual morality and making sure we all adhere to their rules of sexual moralitywhether Christian or not, what's wrong with these people and why do they so lack any sense of the awesomeness of nature that they must cheapen it with supernatural myth and their daft and abusive sexual laws?

stephanie v, I agree with you and what's good for straight people is also good for gay people...Christians don't hold the franchise on morality, morality is a personal thing or it is not morality at all, merely following orders automatically like a robot.

Every one should have sex, lots of it, because that is what we are supposed to do. I think it could almost be considered an act of worship. Sex is how everything is here, I like that our world revolves around sex, it's kinda comforting to know that by merging two things together you make one new thing, if that isn't amazing I don't know what is. Sexual morality is what it is to some Christian people, but it's not just Christians, several religions believe that you have to be married to have sex. You can't deny that this IS good way of making sure everyone will be provided for and that the baby will have a home, with a pretty definite father, and security. I don't think that fidelity and marriage really have much to do with religion though, it's just plain morals and intelligence if you ask me.

When the Bible was written, they thought the stars were lanterns in the sky and that the sun revolved around the earth.

Human knowledge has grown by leaps and bounds. The Bible is still the Bible.

Can you imagine applying a bronze-age ethos to the modern world? 2 billion people (claim to) do it every day.

Funny old world, ain't it?

First off, a horrible analogy. 2nd do whatever the hell you want to. Iam a Christian and I don't go around judging people and telling them how to live. I believe that people have a choice to choose what they become in their lives. However, I know that there is a just and unjust way to live one's life. If iam not mistaken astrology started off just as supernatural as anything else that you think is facetious. Perhaps we will have exclusive proof of Christ.

why are u trading the gift of salvation from God for a moment of sex? Essau traded his birthright for a plate of food.
Don't focus on sex, God forgave Mary Magdalene & He can forgive any of us. All we need to do is ask.

Jesus said: "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father but by me." (John 14:6)
