The lump is small, and up near my elbow. It is about 3/8" wide. It lumps out when I flex my muscle. I asked my nurse what she thought and she said it was just a vein, but it does not feel like a vein. It almost feels like there is a hole in my arm. If anyone could help me, it would be great. Thanks.

And don't tell me to see a differend doctor, I was wondering if anyone would possible know what it is. Its not a cyst or a wart. Its a raise in my skin, like a muscle is pushing up under my skin. There are no abnormal growths what so ever, and I don't take steriods or any of that. I was wondering if it could possibly be a tear. If anyone could help me, it would be great. Thanks.

First, I would suggest seeing a physician....

my aunt had the same lump under her left underarm and she was told that it was a malignant (non-cancerous) tumor that would not harm her at all... this came as a result of a thyroid (iron-deficiency) problem that she has; this problem eventually caused her to a a "lump" in her throat, which disappeared after she began taking medication, but the lump has been there for about 10 years now and it is still harmless.

I'd argue that no one on this forum is adequately qualified to make a diagnosis of your condition without actually examining you directly. If you're not satisfied with the diagnosis you've been given, then you should seek another opinion. I wish you well. I imagine there's little reason to be concerned, but I do encourage you to get you arm checked out by someone else to allay any worries you might have.

You must lay off the drugs... you may have a common cyst... I had two on my back and they are easily removed... or it may just be a wart... I am pretty conviced you don't have a hole in your arm... you may though... have you had any encounters with alien beings in the near furture..
