Well, I don't know of just one, large store, which you can hit the gold mine with for outdated software, but here are some suggestions.

In the US ... Big Lots and Ross Stores both sell inexpensive outdated software.

Many small local computer stores sell new and used outdated software.

Check in the usual big stores too ... sometimes they have a shelf of them ... Staples, Circuit City, Radio Shack, The Source, Office Depot, Office Max, etc.

There are probably some online stores that sell these as well, it seems i have seen some, but don't recall them just now.

Also, if it is a specific program you are looking for, you might try your local freecycle website.
