Jesus is Jesus. Jesus was born again by John the baptist. Yes jesus is in heaven with his father God and Angels.

Jesus Christ our Lord is the saviour. He listened to his heavenly Father and submitted himself to the Father's will. "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, so that all who believe on Him, should not perish but have everlasting life." God His heavenly resurrected Him and He ascended into heaven, where He now sits at the right hand of the Father, to make intercession for all who call on his name. He opened up the gateway to heaven. We can now receive forgiveness for our sins, if we ask in Jesus name not because of anything good we have done. It is called grace. A free gift from God.

You need to believe in the Triune God - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Jesus prayed to God the Father, and followed His rules. He was baptized, so He was saved.
Do a search on Easter - this is when God raised Jesus from the dead, and brought Him back to Heaven.
