I have gone to Mexico with my husband and lived there, we travel back and forth, we have a house there. I am treated very well there, my only complaint is that the government always wants me to give them money. I agree that there is too much coruption.

It is not racism, might depend on what the current events are ... such as during the cold war with Russia ,or the Cuban missile crisis.

In the whole illegal instance , I blame the corporations for hiring illegals, the goverment for not stopping it, and Mexico for forcing their people to leave their country, but I will still hold the individuals responsable for leaving Mexico, thats there own choice there.

Mexico's goverment needs to get with the program , they treat all their people like crap ... I wish they would just march aginst their own goverment .

I have a problem with illegal Mexicans, but i wouldn't say I'm racist. I guess it's not that you hate them because o where their from, but because they do dumb things that reflect on their whole race. An example, Mexicans come over the hill, now everyone thinks all Mexicans are criminals. As a Border Patrol for almost two years now, I say that I'm not racist against the Hispanics, I just don't like some of the dumb stuff they do.

What is it called when you dont like someone because
They Illegally Entered Your Country
And Have Taken Advantage Of Your Social Services??

What is it called when you dont like someone because
They Deface And Burn Your Flag??

What is it called when you dont like someone because
They Threaten Your Fellow Citizens??

They Make DEMANDS From You And Your Government,
Even Though They're Not Citizens
And Have No Right To DEMAND Anything

What is it called when you dont like someone because
They ACCUSE You Of Being A Racist Or A Xenophobe,
Although They KNOW You're NOT??

You have a screw loose. The problem is with ILLEGALS from everywhere, and yes most of them are from Mexico. Why do you people constantly try to turn this into a race issue when race has nothing to do with it? Those of us who demand that are laws be upheld and enforced are called AMERICANS! Most of us are US Citizens and many are others that have come here the right and legal way. Anyone who comes here illegally is violating the law and as such is a criminal.

Anti-Russian, anti-French, anti-Chinese, anti-Mexican, etc. Nationalities are not races. For years the Russians were considered our enemies and many people could be considered anti-Russian. Many people are anti-Mexican because they see illegal aliens as a threat, and I would agree with them. The Mexican government is not our friend - they are encouraging this mass exodus into the US. They are pilfering our national treasury and have no regard for the well being of the American taxpayer and the increasing burden being placed on us. That does not make me a racist. I am an anti-illegal alien, anti-Mexican policy American.

The correct term is xenophobic. Which means "unduly fearful or contemptuous of that which is foreign, especially of strangers or foreign peoples" according to Dictionary.com.

Personally, I think that it is really sad that people are like this. America is supposed to be the world's melting pot. Cultures are supposed to come together here and then become something greater and more informed. After all, at some point or another we (or our ancestors) were all foreign to this place.

I suppose that would be just Anti-Mexican, as Mexicans are not a race(obviously). And no, I am not anti-Mexican(and neither is my husband who is of Mexican descent), because obviously, considering our family, that would be-odd, to say the least. However, we are both anti-illegal of any nationality. And if people want to call that racist, well, that is their right, I guess.

If a person is proud of their nationality, why don't they live in the country they're proud of? I live in the U.S. I'm proud to be a U.S. citizen. If someone is proud to be Mexican, for instance, why come to the USA?

I don't have a problem with citizens of Mexico. I have a problem with illegals no matter what their nationality.
