Sit in an outdoor cafe in the Latin Quarter and people watch. And don't forget to have a cafe au lait and a croissant. No kidding.

For something a bit different, try a stroll around Pere Lachaise cemetary, or if you're feeling really ghoulish, the Catacombs (the walls are made of piles of bones, miles and miles of them)!

Personally I like to go Montmatre and just sit and look across Paris from the steps.

Or if you're feeling a bit sporty, Paris has excellent pavements for roller-blading. I believe there's even a company that organises roller-blade tours of all the main sights (from the outside only I presume).

Or do like everyone else has said, sit and have a drink and watch the world go by!

Take a nocturnal cruise along the Seine River (there is a company called Bateaux-Parisien--stay away from them unless you like riding a boat that feels as though it will tip over). Take a dinner cruise along the Seine. Get "lost" in Paris and wander the cobblestone streets. Have chocolat chaud or a glass of wine at an outdoor cafe and people watch. Go to the flea market at Porte de Clignancourt. Go to a food market on Rue Cler. Have a picnic under the shade of the Eiffel Tower. Take your own nocturnal photo safari (places of interest: Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Champs-Elysees, Moulin Rouge, etc).

Go to the left bank along the river and watch the artists and other people. Hang out at a cafe or a club at night.
