made white grape wine got it to sweet and it has stoped working thanks

try adding more yeast and letting it ferment again. this will turn more of the sugar into alcohol and make the wine dryer.

are you making wine or are you adding sugar to finished wine ?
If you add sugar to finished wine, the answer would be to add more wine so the proportion of sugar lowers.

the bacteria that ferment wine eat the sugar and turn it into alcohol.... thats why its not sweet.

Try thinning it out with some water.

re-ferment your batch. We have had to do that a couple of times in our experimenting.
