Anything with protien will definatly do the trick. Add things to your breakfast drinks like fresh fruit and/or yogurt and it should sustain you until lunch. If not, have a healty snack on hand.

Protein is the key... Using soy milk instead of cow milk it better. It's good for hormone stabilization and it veggie instead of dairy, plus less sugar (7g to 13g). Get a low sugar/carb protein mix and I like to put a couple of table spoons of natural peanut butter in it. Protein will make you feel full longer. I don't suggesting mixing fruit with it (although many people do), because it seems counter active to the protein. If you want fruit seperate it be a couple hours.

The canned product called Ensure will make you feel full. Make a homemade smoothie with some bananas or other fruits, yogurt, milk, ice. It'll fill you up.

try using a protein shake. It works really well, but I wouldn't advise not eating breakfast. Just eat a small meal like, 3 egg whites and a piece of toast with OJ (orange juice). This type of meal wont make you fat. If your still not somewhat satisfied, drink some water. But, if you are concerned with the carbs, switch the toast with tomatoes or another veggie.
