Age old belief is sleeping on left turn indicates that you are tension free and the opposite on the right side turn.
Scientifically sleeping on left turn makes big room for liver to relax & function in a better way and therefore better digestion and more comfort.

I have heard that sleeping on your left for many years can affect your heart...and sleeping on your back can affect heartburn
But, how you sleep mostly affects babies, and the elderly

I have asthma so I sleep on my left side and I can breathe better. If I sleep on my back I 'guess' I snore loud.
