Tell him that you aren't interested and thank him to leave you alone. Tell him you respect his freedom to believe what he will, but you also have the freedom to enjoy your beliefs. If he doesn't stop, talk to the boss, or his boss' boss. Explain the situation. Seek counseling or mediation, from EAP (Employee Assistance Program), and talk to your HR Department and make them (EAP or HR) step in. This situation does not make for a comfortable work atmosphere for you. It can be distracting you from your duties and is causing you undue stress.
While I'm not certain that this is considered harrassment in the workplace (legally), it wouldn't be a bad idea for you to find out regardless.
If all else fails, seek out legal advice (esp. if your employer doesn't do anything about it).
Best of luck!

Brother…I agree totally with linda lou response...I won't say your bound to hell I would say your there.
In all seriousness you really need to immediately contact your HR dept...
Demand that he stops this harassment now and that he be removed from your work environment and maybe suggest a Psyc evaluation. Don't be surprised if the HR dept informs you that he's schizophrenia and on meds. If this happens ask if he can be reassigned. If they do not work along with you then you need to contact a legal reprehensive so they can represent you in a religious harassment case. That way when you decided to become a fully born again in your religion you’ll have a lot of money to back your christen crusade...smiling...may god bless you long-suffering

Learn the spiritual sense of the Word. Try the Universal Theology of the New Jerusalem by Emanuel Swedenborg. Read the original writings not third party opinions or extractions.

Tell him to stop and ask your supervisor for copies of company policy that apply to this... if he does it again, hand him a copy and tell him you will report him. If he continues, then file a formal complaint. Its been awhile, but i keep thinking it would be under the 'Equal Opportunity' policy which might even be posted on a break room wall. Good luck, and by the way, the only hell bound one in my opionion is him for using religion for financial gain.

First, ask him clearly to stop and tell him you do not want him to address you with this topic again.
Next, document each and every incident of this happening with dates, times, places.
Each time, ask him to stop.
Finally, complain to your supervisor or human resources rep about the harassment. They are obligated under the law to deal with it and ensure that you are not harassed or discriminated against at work.
Start immediately! Do not wait. Waiting may show that you didn't mind the harassment, if it ever comes to a point where you have to meet with HR or go to court.

You are NOT Hellbound! Look at this coworkers life! Has he given all that he has? If you want to do it, its totally fine, God will provide for you in amazing ways, but giving should be done out of the goodness of your heart, not from the pressure of coworkers. Many people in our church tithe around 10% of their income a week. That is all God asks. Yes, Jesus does say to a man to give up all he has, but the situation was different. Pray about it and give what you want!

First off if you do not know the bible well enough to show him why his thinking is wrong,
Get him to visit a pastor of a biblically doctrinal church, offer to go along with him, you might learn a thing or two also.
But, for the time being, if you want something to say to him, that he might want to go look up
The LOVE of money is the heart of all evil, not the simple possession of it, otherwise his own logic would make his church evil.
If money is not your idol, or your God, the simple possession of it is not wrong.

Tell him you don't feel comfortable with that, and to lay off.....
Why get rid of you earthly belongings?? Give his church all your money?? I would tell him to go and find some other sucker to preach to and take their money... Sounds like he's only after your money.. Do what you think is right!!!

First ask him has he sold all HIS earthly belongings, then to show you in the Bible that it says to do that and tell him to judge not (about you being hell bound), then go complain to the management.
