According to the Iraq Body Count project, on June 1st, 2006, the total number of Iraqi civilian deaths was between 36,149 and 40,548 and the number of police dead was 2,145. These figures are for the war in total though, they are not specific to after May 1st, 2003 when Bush gave that speech on the U.S.S. Lincoln. But given the wide estimation of that figure, I'd say the answer is most likely that we simply don't know anymore.

President Bush has never declared the war won. The "Mission Accomplished" sign was meant for the aircraft carrier, and for the end of the initial phase of ground warfare. The press continues to misinterpret the meaning of the sign.

You need to clarify your attempt at Bush bashing. Do you want to include all of the woman and children killed by the suicide bombers? Or all of the Iraqis (correct spelling by the way) killed by suicide bombers which worshiping in their mosques?
