i want to improve my weight in healthy way

Find an excersice you like, and try to stick at it. By the way, I think you mean weight in your question, not height. No one can improve their body height, well, no one i know of, anyway!

to improve your height : eat lots of proteins, calcium, vitamins, minerals, get two trucks to stretch you out!

to improve your weight : do the above, excercise a lot, 5 laps around your local park everyday-it works, trust me, do weights to become buff, maybe 2 0r 3 workouts a week, and boxing to practice seld defense, this is what i do and i have toned up and i am slowly getting more confident.

Your height - you can't change your genetics, sorry!

Your weight - eat less overall but more healthy food (fruit, veggies, lean protein, whole grain products) and exercise more.

no way the only thing that works is 2 hang upside down from the climbing frame in the park.
