I've got a great one for you. Take 4 tees to a practice green. Stick one at 3 feet away, one at 6 feet away, one at 9 feet away. Stick the last tee in the back of the hole. Start putting from the 3 ft. Make 3 in a row and move to 6 feet. If you miss You start over. To win you must make 9 in a row (3 from 3, 3 from 6, 3 from 9). Try to hit the tee to make sure the ball is going straight in.

Another thing...
Keep your legs still and just move your shoulders. Wrists should also be still.

On the practice putting green i take 6 balls and put them 3 feet around the hole. Then i tell myself i can't leave until i make all the puts. Then you do the same for 6 footers.Phil mikelson uses this drill.

put 2 tees in the ground on each side of your putter in the line of which the hole you are putting to is going. Put the tees about 1/2 centemeter on each side of the putter. This will make your putting stroke straight and it will help you get the right read on all of your putts
