In New Zealand, there is the Kiwi Burger that has Beetroot on the burger. Then there is Mice meat pies from a chain they bought out and closed down only to much later start selling Georgie Pie pie's in MC'D's. And then there is a McCafe in many McDonald's, it is a rather good Cafe with proper barista coffees and a range of cold food, baked items etc... For a while they even tried wraps in McDonalds here.

I worked for MC Donald's Mexico, The food is the same, except in Mexico, everything that comes in the burger bread is called Hamburguesa, so we have Hamburguesa de Pollo, Hamburguesa de Pescado. Thats the way we call it always, so when I go to a restaurant here they get confuse, because I ask for a chicken burguer, and then waiter say WHAT ???. Anyway, that in Mc. Donalds Mexico we have Apple and Pinneaple Pie, Nuggets, Mc Chicken, Mc Fish, Big Mac, Quarter Pounder, Regular with cheese, Regular, Milk Shakes. By other hand the difference is based in the spicies they give you with you order, we can order Jalapeño Salsa, which is pretty good, specialy if you hate Mc. Donald's (like me), I always take a bunch of those salsas and prepare beans with it, MMMmmmm, delicious, they also have other one which is called Salsa Ranchera, is also very spicy. They did one a Pork Burguer, it was not big hit, we had to trashed those one always.

Actually that is a very good question.
I moved to Maine a few years ago and much to my surprise, McDonalds sells Lobster Rolls here in the summer time. I was shocked because I thought they all sold the same menu items.
(love the comment about remarks. Good one)
You have a great day!

I visited Canada a few years ago and they had a McLobster...
I didn't order one but it was fried "Lobster Meat" with mayonaise between two slices of white bread. Looked gross.
You could try looking at McDonald's websites from other countries. Google McDonald's England, India, or whatever.

In Indonesia they also have fried chicken and a rice side dish (which they have ALL over Asia). They also call a hamburger a beefburger as Indonesia is a Muslim country.
In Australia they put beets on their burgers, like we do with pickles, but even more disgusting.

The same thing, but different portion sizes and quality of food. In England, for example, the serving sizes are much smaller than they are here in the US.

We ate there in Italy. It was pretty much the same. The only difference we noted was that you don't get ketchup with your fries (unless you pay) and the ketchup was not the same as in the US.
