#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!
#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!
#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.
#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!

Diet pills are generally not a good idea. Many aren't approved by the FDA and contain herbal supplements that have adverse effects on the human body.
Your best bet is to stay away from them in general, remember if something sounds too good to be true, then it probably is. These products that push a quick fix are a waste of money. Just try eating a healthier diet, well balanced with lots of vegetables, fruits, WHOLE grains, lean cuts of meat, etc. It's also OK to indulge once in awhile...if you cut out your favorite foods all together, you will end up binging.
