removeing a/c unit off 98 ranger and replacing with smaller drive belt can this be done with out a lot of tr

as mention with a/c unit can this be accomplish without a lot of work to install different belt.

Yes, depends on which motor will depend on the new drive belt routing. Go to the parts store and get one without a/c. The belt diagram on the truck should show with and with out a/c

yea i have to agree with josh. most vehicles (that i have owned) have a diagram showing with ac and without ac. so just go and do what josh said. best advice.
