sorry I don't know enough Lehja. It looks egyptian but not if it has a "J" sound, but it's really hard to tell when it's not in Arabic script. Are you sure it's not closer to"Inna tuhibuni hua ahsan lak, wa ahsan lee an takoun lee shareek" which could mean (from a woman to man) "that you love me is better for you, and it's better for me that you be for me a lover"? I have no idea about the last part but one of my egyptian teachers always says "yalla ya kidda" and it translates roughly as "hurry up dude". Ask an egyptian.

Arabic is my mother tongue but I can only speak in the gulf dialect and not the egyptian dialect which is what you're presenting here, also the words are quite unclear when typed in the english form...

I think its a song in the Egyptian dialect, its better for you either you have to love me or you should want me (love me also) and that's it.
