Because the fake looking girls are usually easy but very annoying... It is a dilemma for men that has yet to be resolved...

It's just instinct to check out good looking girls, fake or not. A guy could be married to the hottest girl around and he will still look at other girls, that's just the way men are built.
If they complain about it they may be saying what they think you want to hear. It is quite probable that they do not want to be "with" someone who is fake but they still find them attractive. Let's face it physical appearance is the first thing we notice.

Actually, guys don't like fake looking girls. We find them repulsive to say the least.
Problem is, we are reminded of that just about everyday out there in the world and on the streets.
We would much rather look into the eyes of a genuine friend than a fake one, any time, any where, and as much as possible.

Guys don't like fake girls, they want real girls that look like that. Then, when they discover the girl is fake they feel that they have been lied too.
Yes, just focussing on the physical is shallow, but it's the first thing people notice about another person. If you don't want to be called a fake woman then don't over-decorate yourself and only decorate yourself a little in order to highlight your natural features.

That depends what exactly you mean by "fake" Do you mean breasts, make up, finger nails? Women could have all of the above and not really be "fake" it could be thier personal preference or what makes them feel good. The truth be told, many guys are so insecure that they only will persue women that they think thier friends will approve of regardless of what thier personal preferences are. For example a guy could really be attracted to a girl that didn't fit the "traditional" model of beauty. ie) large breasts, thin waist, blonde hair, blue eyes or whatever. And despite his personal preference he will persue someone he didn't particularly like that fits the bill in order to impress his so called friends. Men often behave in a pack mentality and are afraid to distinguish themselves. However, many women are the same way.

Because the fake looking girls might be fun to have sex with, but in the end, they're probably all too high maintenance, and regular girls would know, guys have a hard enough time keeping up with normal people.
Its kinda like wanting something you know you can never have. "You can't have your cake and eat it too."

Guys have fantasies. They may think they look good, but they wouldn't want to be with them because of their fake-ness. He might think they look hot or whatever, but it's not what he prefers if he complains about it.
Guys are more complicated than girls, I tell ya!

They complain because they know that's what you want to hear. They like you too. We don't care about fake/real.

Who said all of us like fake girls? I don't want any cantelope looking boobs or a lot of makeup. Be real. Don't have the "princess" syndrome, the world doesn't revolve around you.
