No!
In the real world of Business and Education proper speech and language is appropriate.
However in all societies and ethnic groups there is slang that is spoken which is uniquely ones own! It's not meant to include everyone in defining what another group is talking about!
However, in America when someone from another group (Blacks)creates a language that the masses can't understand , then the Media & Educators & Government get together to say disparaging remarks because we live in a racist society!
Oddly enough , when Pig Latin was spoken when I was in my youth , it was never shown to be a threat against anyone in particular.
People in America of many nationalities spoke their home language without raising flags because it was familiar and known by Anglo Saxons.
When Ebonics hit the streets and young urban youth of that other hue began speaking it , then the automatic response of the white community had to raise the alarm immediately because the tribesman were speaking a language that they did not understand.
Honestly , why would a form of slang create your question in the first place if it weren't a worry to begin with!
When you look at the history of America , some groups which weren't of the original Mayflower terrorist to come from abroad to these shores , were discriminated against!
Told to speak English and assimilated into the society with certain rights restricted in order for them to stay.
Our history also shows that the original inhabitants of America were told not to speak their native language which wasn't so easily understood by the roving terrorist who came in the millions and practically wiped those non Anglo Saxon from the face of the Earth!
So probably fear and not understanding is what motivates your question?
I'm sure that you wouldn't eat one type of food three times a day , everyday for the rest of your life, if you could have a variety? But when I read your question , it has the meaning that everyone should eat just one type of food for the rest of there lives for every meal!
Jack who has no diversity is one dull guy indeed!
America as whole needs to accept it's diversity because it's what makes it great.But... when it decides to dictate to the rest of its humanity a double standard , then what message does it send to the rest of the world?
Assimilate, assimilate, which threatens the very liberties you live under right now! Do you really think that our National Securities are all about That other Terrorist or about U.S.?
Timothy McVeigh wasn't Black, and many others like him are getting tired of the influx of ignorant people taking us to the limits too consistently see the difference rather than the similarities!
America and it's diversity is what sells in the world of business and culture, however we are slowly losing our influence in the world because our double standards have now rubbed the wrong way.
Imagine living behind bars on your windows and doors, are you safe on the inside or imprisoned from the outside?
Trapped you are!
It's ashame that we can't advance past our bigotry and just as the Roman Empire , we will fall from within because there is no trust and a double standard out of this world!

No, I don't.
I imagine that the twisting of grammar helps the individual exert their personality into this sort of forum.
I'm sure that it doesn't save time, pretty sure that's not why people do it.
It's usually only really annoying if I don't agree with the opinion the writer is trying to express, or is vulgar. I think it's sort of like a form of expression, like a cyber hairstyle.

I don't. My boyfriend is black and he does. Sometimes it's hard to understand and then I try to hear his voice and read it at the same time and it's a lot easier. More often than not, we just call each other b/c ebonics slows the conversation down.
