I got these DVDs. They are okay, but the explanations of the moves/exercises are not as clear or as good as other Pilates DVDs. The exercises on the Windsor disc are the same as pretty much all the floor/mat Pilates programs
I found I get better results after I went through a session using DVD and charts by Brooke Siler. Unfortunately, the Brooke Siler materials I used didn't have a segment that was just somebody talking you through a complete work-out - it was just to teach proper form. And form is REALLY important to get the most out of Pilates
However, if you know how to do the exercises correctly, the Windsor program is kind of convenient to remind and pace you through the workout. Just not very good for learning from scratch.

Yes, I have tried Winsor Pilate's and it is great. As long as you keep a regular routine it can really make a difference in the shape of your body. Especially your abs. It makes your body long and lean!!

Did you learn the booklet that came with the software? It has the reply to most of your questions. It will have to have an eating application integrated. You must see results in about 10 days when you do the program 3 occasions per week.

I've tried it and it seems pretty hard for me. Now, I'm 5 months pregnant and though that the prenatal pilates would be much easier, but they're not. I'm planning to switch to yoga instead.

they rock, and man, they work, but woo-wee, they HURT!!!! Any Pilates system is good to try, but start slow. I reccomend 10 minute workouts, there is a dvd for those, too. And it's not part of the windsor system. I do have a copy you know...lol

The tapes are amazing...but make sure you are somewhat flexible first...and don't move to the point of having pain. You will strengthen your core and feel so much better!

I liked them. I just have a problem keeping motivated enough to do them on a regular basis.
