Job was one one of the prophets that said that.. After him many other says it as well.
Job 1:21: Job tore his clothes, shaved his head, fell down on the ground, and worshiped, saying, “Naked I came from my mother’s womb, and naked I will depart. Yahweh gave and Yahweh has taken away. Blessed be the name of Yahweh” (1:21). “In all this, Job did not sin by charging God with wrongdoing”.
1 Timothy 6: 7: Paul stated: For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain[c] we can carry nothing out.
