I am naturally a dark brunette and I wanted to go blonde for fun. After going platinum blonde, I noticed a dramatic difference in the way that people reacted to me. It seemed like guys assumed I would be easy and other girls assumed I was fake shallow. I am a good conversationalist and have a lot of interesting things to talk about so I had never really experienced this before going blonde.

I have since dyed my hair back to brown because i just didn't enjoy being judged like that.

What is it about going blonde that makes guys suddenly assume you are shallow and easy and why the hell is this so appealing to them?

It is the way blondes are talked about and portrayed in the media. I am sure you are a really bright person.I am blonde too, and people just dont take me seriously even though I do really well in school and can carry on a conversation. Just look at how you are portraying yourself to other people!
