There is a great site that tells you how to say "cheers" in just about any language and it even has links to pronounce many of them for you! The link to the list of "cheers" is here: http://www.travlang.com/wordofday/52.html

Some of the other languages are:

Czech - Na zdravi!
Dutch - Proost!
Hawaiian - Hipahipa!
Mandarin - Gan bei!
Portuguese - Tchim Tchim!
Spanish - Salud!
Thai - chok-dee

and there are dozens more listed on the site

Here's to a good life,
And a happy one,
A quick death,
And an easy one,
A pretty girl (or boy),
And an honest one,
A cold beer,
And another one!

I have a serious one and a silly one:

"Slainte!" (pronounced sloncha,) means "cheers!" in Gaelic.
-OR-
"Here's to you, and here's to me,
The best of friends we'll always be.
And if we ever disagree...
F*ck you, and here's to me!"
