Most one hour photo places can do them. If you have a Wegman's near you, they do them. But I wouldn't send them in a photo... they're VERY picky. It has to be 2"x2", in front of a white background, and you're head has to be centered.

In Seattle, the Main Post Office takes Passport Photos. Perhaps your city is also civilized?

You have to get them at Walgreens, Wal-Mart, or CVS. You must have a Passport photo taken. The government will not accept a regular photo. (these are the same people who hate blue pens...so go figure).

Believe it or not, you can go to your local convenience store/pharmacy like Walgreen's that offers passport photos as low as USD8.00! I did mine's though at the local Fedex/Kinko's for USD15.00.

Since you have to get your passport from the post office-just get it all done there. They take the pics.
