In a Crock Pot, add pork chops, about 1/2 cup terriaki sauce, 1/2 cup water, one can of pineapple chunks - with the juice, thick sliced onion, bell pepper (cut in 1/2-it will be easy to serve into smaller pieces after it is cooked) garlic, bay leaf and red pepper flakes (to your heat tolerance) and cook on low all day. The meat will fall apart - serve over rice.

Really simple-just dredge the chops through some flavored bread crumbs till coated and bake on a greased cookie sheet at 400 degrees, turn after 20 minutes and cook another 20. They should look crispy and brown and be moist inside. Serve with applesauce if desired.

The simplest way to cook chops is to fry gently in a frying pan, add salt and pepper and when you plate it add applesauce.

You can also bake them. Put your chops in a casserole dish and pour cream of mushroom soup (canned) over them. I like to add a little water to make it more saucy. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serve with rice!

Pork the other white meat is usually over cooked, so good advise is to use a temp probe and cook until 160 degrees, no more. Dont worry if you see pink, unlike chicken, pork is done at this temerature.

This works good for a pork roast too..... Make a marinade with chicken stock, red wine vinegar, honey, dijon mustard, garlic, salt&pepper. I never measure, just do it by taste. This is great on the grill. For a little variety mix and match.....add some red pepper flakes, chili powder, lemon juice or ginger. Use your imagination!

I like to either grill them or broil them in the oven. (400F for 20 minutes does it good.) I like to fix them with just a little garlic (which you can buy prechopped in a jar in your produce section if you're lazy like me!) Also good is to visit the aisle of your supermarket where they have the ketchup. They'll also have a large section of "marinades," most of which you just put on your meat, cook, and eat. Read some labels and see which ones sound good to you!
