There is a chance that you can get a batieria infection if they are really old now if they are only a few weeks or maybe even a month they wont be bad, manufactures usually will make them safe up to 3 to 6 months after. but remeber this all depends on where you have them stored...keep your drops in a cool place.

you'll probably have a minor infection, depending on how old the medicine is... some medicines turn into "rotteners" with time
