I was checking on the FAFSA and it says you are required to sign up with Selective Service. I AM A GIRL. Do i have to sign up. Also what is the max amount of money your parents can make to be elegible.

Only men are requred to sign up.

Women are exempt and do not have to register for Selective Service. Men on the other hand must register and have to do so prior to their 26th birthday. Generally they register between ages 18 -26. The answer to your second question is that there is no particular amount that your parents make that will prevent your eligibility. When you complete the FAFSA application a formula is used and income is just one of the factors taken into account. Household size is also a factor. While it is true that someone that makes a lot may not qualify for grants, they may qualify for other aid like student loans. You won't know how much you qualify for until you apply.

Hmmm... I don't think you have to if you're a girl. Double check the instructions.
