Ideally, you wouldn't try to mix a dog with your brother- especially if the allergies are bad. But if you must, get a small short-haired breed of dog such as a chihuahua. I also remember my grandmother's cockapoo didn't shed, and she went to the groomer regularly for bathing and dolling up.

Get a dog that has hair, not fur. These kinds of dogs are hyper-allergenic. I know Bichon Frises and Malteses have hair, those would be choices to look into.

i forgot what its named but go to the vet and ask for a medicine that blocks the dogs odor and it will seem like ur bro has no allergies

if he is allergic to dogs nothing would work too good, but a chihuahua is small with not much hair so i would reccomend that
