"This is she" is correct. "This is her" is not. Because you are using the verb 'to be' i.e. 'is', you have to use the subject form 'she', not the object form 'her'
If you were to re-arrange the sentence "This is she", you might say "She's the one you're talking to." or "She's the one on the phone with you now." But you definitely wouldn't say "Her's the one you're talking to." or "Her's the one on the phone with you now."

The real correct way is "it is I"

"This is she/he" is proper grammar. If someone asks for you and you aren't there, the person who answers wouldn't say, "No, her isn't." They'd say, "No, she isn't."
