I LOVE playful, restrained tickling (and playful, erotic, restrained tickling in the right relationships).
When I am restrained and tickled by a lady I trust and enjoy spending time with, I find it to be a "freedom" by being restrained. I trust her enough that she will stop if I need her to stop but the restraints will totally prevent me from blocking or escaping and I love that aspect.
Likewise, when I am tickling a restrained lady, I have more freedoms in tickling her without the possibility or her blocking. It allows for a lot of fun tickle games!
I am always welcoming friendships from ladies who live to tickle and be tickled!

my friends always tie me up and give me a time limit to escape. but its training if we ever got kid napped. im almost an expert at it.
