Your local grocery store probably sells calling cards that call South Korea. You will need to dial 011+82+City Code+Phone Number.

South Korea country code is 0082 then depending on where in South Korea you are calling... for example Seoul area code is 02 so you would dial 0082-2- then the rest of the number.
If you are calling a mobile phone you will need to omit the first 0 from the number (some examples of mobile numbers are 011, 016, 010, 019) then the rest of the number. So another example would be *82-11-345678.

I use net2 phone.
Just use the 82 number and then the number you want to call. I use mine to call from China to USA, China to Korea, and China to England. I have been using the same $25 like forever. When I was in America, I called Che Ju Island three times.
