Why is it that I feel like peeing when I soak my body when taking a bubble bath? I pee before taking a bath. I don't understand that!

The warm water relaxes your body which in turn relaxes your internal organs. Don't feel bad. We all experience this

The warm water relaxed your muscles and sends a signal to your brain.

Also, many people get a cue to urinate by the running of the water or the being in the water.

Does this sensation happen when you wash the dishes?

I need to know step by step what your doing from the moment you start running your water to drying off your hot wet body. Without these details I cannot make a proper reply.
