She just had the baby, now she is telling me that she does not want me to get attached to the baby just in case we break up. Keep in mind that i stayed with her through out the pregnancy, knowing it was not mine. i do love this girl, it is just really starting to hurt

Do you think her behavior will improve once you two have lived with each other for a long time? What are the odds that she won't cheat again?
If you accept the other man's child, you'll end up having to pay child support for the child if you two break up in the future. I know this, because I had to and it's called "Loco-parentis", which means that you were the child's father figure longer than the real father was. I paid support for 12 years for a child that wasn't mine, as well as for my own daughter.
It sounds like she has no plans to have a long term relationship with you anyhow, so I think your best move is to just grit your teeth, live with the heart-break, and go find yourself a girl who will be faithful and not drain your bank account after you split up.

well all i can tell is that hey u stuck wit her trough thick and thin wit that baby yeah she wrong for cheating on u but u were wit her when she was pregnant not that other fool and how she gone tell u dont get attached to the baby u was wit her through the pregnantcy y u got to leave out the baby's life now i mean this other person didnt take any time wit his child if i was her id be happy to have u around she stupid for telling to that u cant see the baby u just like the father i bet u did more for that baby she and that other person did so she cant say nothing if u want to be the father go for it she cant stop u cuz she was wrong for cheating on u

you should have dumped her cheating a double s when you first found out.....what kind of loving girlfriend would say that to you after you stayed with her?....she is sorry and you could do wayyyyy better than that. Let the father of that child take care of her and you need to go live your life and find you a respectful woman to be with. Your girlfriend wont realize what she had until its gone...
You love her, she doesn't love you..thats very OBVIOUS..you need to move on man..she will only drag you down.....if she can cheat on you, and NOT USE PROTECTION at that!!!..then who knows what else she can do..all I know is ...once a cheater always a cheater......

what you have got to remember is that when a woman has a baby there emotions aere all over the placed. telling you not to get attached to the baby may just be because she feels guilty for cheating. if you love her and want to stay with her tell her. and keep telling her. if you couldn't live with the fact that she had cheated you would have left her long ago. tell her how you feel and tell her that you love her. and if it is true tell her you want to bring that baby up as your own

Tell her how you feel. How much you love her and the baby. Why is she so worried about you two breaking up? Maybe the old saying is true, once a cheater always a cheater, and she feels that the next time you wont stick around.

this was the reason why i got an abortion everything could have been fixed if she did the same, a father is a man that takes care of the mother the baby as if it was your own you dont have to have to share the same blood.

stay w/ her. she won't ever cheat again. support the baby b/c it's dad really wants you to. everyone will be happier if you just stay w/ her. actually you should babysit for her while she goes and sees the baby's daddy.

you should talk to her about it ,if you love here and are committed not just to here but the baby and you have proved that to here you just need to tell here how you feel about all that,and she should here you out and ask yourself is she ready for it she cheated on you she has a nother baby with somone you need to talk to here
