Frazier won the first on March 8th 1971 via 15 rd decision. Ali won the second fight via decision on Jan 28th, 1974 though many felt that Joe had won and Sep 30th, 1975 famous Thrilla iin Manilla won by Ali via 14th round TKO. Classic fights!

Frazier won the first by decision knocking Ali down in the last round!! Ali won the second on points and then Frazier failed to answer the bell in final round in there third fight so Ali won byTKO. .
