Talk to a psychiartist about your fears.

If you are an adult, melatonin can help, as can white noise and a sleeping mask. Make your room only for sleeping - no TV, no reading in bed, no doing work in it.

what are you scared of? Only when you get rid of irrational fears will you sleep.
If they are rational- say someome has a contract out on your head, then take sensible action and get a bodyguard.
Try to put your problems into proportion.
I live alone, but I'm usually so tired when I get to bed that I sleep like a top.
I find hard works helps.
Good luck.
