Usually people just stick to the terms "Monotheistic" (meaning they only believe in one god, which is the same as "not believeing in many gods"), or "Polytheistic" which means believing in many gods.

If you mean they don't believe in any god, whether there are many or not, then you just use the term "Atheist". "Apolytheist" isn't a real word (and neither is "Polyatheist") but "polytheist" (without the "a") is a noun for a person that believes in more than one god.

For example, in a monotheistic religion like Christianity, Judaism, or Islam, one who doesn't believe in the [one] god is an Atheist. But in Aztec society or something where there was many gods and the person didn't believe in any, he/she would still be an "atheist". The term doesn't change because of the number (kind of like "deer" or "fish").

Your question is a little confusing, but I get what you mean now, sorry. It's just hard to describe.

One who doesn't believe in God is an athist and they must not have any fear about them because if you look around you have to know there is a God with all the wonderful things he has made in this dreadful world that people are so fast corruopting, the is a God and he has a son called Jesus and if you wait until you die to find out you are headed straight for destruction that the Devil created you know the Devil was once in heaven and didn't have sense enough to stay there he wanted to take over and be above God he was kicked out of heaven with a third part of the angels.

Neither. The definitions are:

Belief in one god -- monotheist
Belief in more than one god -- polytheist

Note that both of the above are subcategories of "theist".

If you do not fit into the above categories (or another version of theism, like pantheism), then you are an atheist by default.

Non-belief is the default position. Most people don't believe in Leprechauns or Gremlins, so if we were being technical they would be called "a-Leprechaunists" and "a-Gremlinists". Likewise, if you were never taught a concept, you lack belief in it. Most Westerners are a-(Chinese Gods). In general, you are basically "a-everything" until you are taught a concept and believe it.

A polytheist. Polytheism is believing in many gods. The Mormons are an example.

Depends.
How many gods doesn't he/she believe in?

They'd just be atheist.
If they only believe in one God or Goddess, they'd be a monotheist.
