I'm thinking about either the Impex Cage or the Phoenix Power Pro at Academy. I'm looking for a bench with leg attachment and lat attachment standard. A preacher would be a great addition to. If anyone knows please answer with name of bench and store. Thanks!

go to the gym. that's your best bet. you won't get bored w/ your workouts that way b/c you will have more choices.

I have a Soloflex machine that uses bands for weight simulation. It can do all you're asking for. Search eBay for one and you can get one for that kind of price.
