Anyone can inquire and even contest a will. It comes down to a judges decision if the matter is brought to court.

Sure he can do anything, but winning in court is another matter. If the POA is written correctly then all your brother is doing is proving that he has no interest in your family just the money.

he can question all he likes yet he would might want to teach good reason if he's making an attempt to get it replaced. from time to time doing so can get the different individual in complication. you may want to need to communicate with him and make positive he's in complete expertise of what he's doing and the achievable results of his moves.

He can question, but the attorney should not answer any questions without your mother's permission unless your brother is specifically mentioned in the will, in which case he can tell him that provision only and not discuss the rest.

he can but your grandfathers lawyer might not be able to tell him with out consent ofthe estate holder , there is nothing wrong with him looking at it. unless there is something there that might cause him problems. he cant change it sow hats the problem.
