My first time was when I was 16. Yes I truly do regret it because I wanted to wait and I got ahead of myself. Truthfully, it is way better to wait until marriage. Be the princess, you were meant to be.

I don't think there is an "appropriate age" for a first time... Not b4 14, in my opinion, though... For example, you "did it" at 17 and you regret it, certainly coz it was not your time or you "did it" against your will, not forced but, not with motivation(probably wrong guy...). I "did it" at 14, felt great about it, and more important, the girl who "did it" with me enjoyed it too ! she was 15 ! Maybe coz we were ready...We had a talk about it, and wanted it... We were not even going out together, we were friends who got attracted physically to each other... After that... we kept on "doing it" for a while without commitments until she moved... It was nice !
So, you shouldn't regret it, just leave it in the past...

I was 16 or 17 and I regret the first time and every time since, until I was married.
Today I have been married for nearly 16 years and I enjoy the intimacy with my wife and wish I could look back and say that I have only been with her...

i was 14 and i think that i was too young, I was curious and thats why i did it, out of curiousity and not because i felt like i wanted to share something with someone. There is no right age to tell someone when to "do it" . I think as an individual, when you feel you are ready then that's when you do it. Because even when you are ready and are old enough you still at some point regret sleeping with somebody..............

I was 15 years old and I felt it was too young. I ended up marrying the guy I did it with afterall. If I could go back I believe I would want to wait until after marriage just to see what that experience feels like.

I was 14 and it was WAY to early. I should have waited until I was about 18-19.

I think i was 13. I am a guy so being old enough doesnt really matter. Although I wasn't really emotionally ready at the time and I didnt know what to expect but sex. For girls though, sex before 18 is a bit too young and you'll find that most girls who've had sex before this will say that they weren't ready.

I was 13 and so was the girl. She discovered sex, and decided to have it with every boy she knew...from the ages of 11 to 17. At the time I didn't think I was too young (I thought it was great!), but as my son nears that age, I can't imagine him being "ready".

I was 18, thought I was in love, I have regretted it since.
I'm 27 now, married to the love of my life and wish with all of my might that I could have given it to my husband instead of a jerk.
