Genetics can be an unusual phenomonom. To put it simply a white rabitt mates with a black one. Possible babies can be white, black, gray, black and white or gray and white. These are called genetic traits that carry forward to all of their matings. Even though the black baby rabbit now carries the traits of all of the possibilities. It could even mate with another black rabbit and have a pure white baby. There was a case in Florida about 10 years ago where a black couple had twins. One came out black and the other came out white.
For more about genetics, just google it.

With mix people you could never tell how they'll look. Not only have I heard about it but I've seen it. Two guys in my class. Brothers. Black dad and white mom. Looked white. Happens.

I am often amazed at American's lack of experience with mixed people. I guess it depends where in America you live...like Utah, that sh*t must be unheard of but in New York its probably an everyday thing.

It's really not all that unusual. Skin color varies. Some kids come out darker or lighter. Sometimes 2 black parents have white looking children. It's really not unusual. Usually their hair will be a bit curlier than normal....
