I would buy a toyota even if I was rich.
I am comparing Toyota FJ with the hummer.

I think they're just Hummer wannabe's. Don't get me wrong, I understand it's based off the vehicle they had back in like the '70's or '80's, but it just looks WAY too much like a Hummer.
However, that being said, if I were to choose between an FJ or a Hummer, I'd go with the Toyota. It's got the Toyota reliability and a bit better fuel economy (http://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/sbs.htm). Honestly, Hummers are WAY too boxy for me and overrated - they're everywhere in my neck of the woods. Plus I know of someone who has the H3 - man, is that thing SMALL inside! And anyway, it's just based off the Chevy Colorado platform. At least the FJ is like a breath of fresh air in a world going backwards and making the cars boxier. And take the money you save and get some toys to haul around with the new FJ.
(Remember the Saturn commercial where people drove around in boxes (literally)? It seems like that commercial was a prediction of the direction automotive design is heading in. It's as if the designers are getting tired and thus the vehicle designs are regressing.)

Fj is cheaper buy then the hummer and it does have a lot goody. If price is a big deal then i recommend it but if not Hummer H1 Alpha is the way to go.

I don't like it at all. I would rather have the Hummer and I am not a fan of the Hummer either. It is not aesthetically pleasing in any way at all.
If I had to have an SUV it would be the Range Rover.

If it's built the same way as the original FJ, then it has to be great.
Hummers, on the oher hand, are way overrated, just like Seven For All Mankind jeans.

I think they're pretty ugly and a rip off of the Hummer. They should get their own ideas.
